Bought this one, and oh my god, the price was already extortionate even at 41k. Mine didn’t work at all. No proper booting, nothing. I know this may have just been a bad unit and others might work, but the one I got was terrible. Even in the 2 seconds it lit up, the build quality felt poor and the display looked really bad. This looks cheap and is cheap. Cant complain on the performance as jt never worked wasted my 2 months. I requested a DOA, but the whole process dragged on for a ridiculous 60 days and it was tiring. Please do not buy this for 50k for 12gb ram. Honestly, even anything over 30k feels criminal for this level of quality. It caused me countless days of stress, constant follow-ups, documentation, and a lot of unnecessary hassle before Amazon finally refunded it. Thanks for the great customer service btw although you guys had a little delay with the process the communication was top notch.

Display:- Display is good with touch a smooth experience, camera with privacy shutter, I purchased 15'6 but 14' should be better. Build quality:- build quality is superb and more stylish. Performance:- laptop is so fast there is no problem in performance, easy to connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Sound:- sound is smooth but not much loud. Battery:- battery is discharging very fast within 2.5-3hrs, it will be better if could give more time backup. Overall is good but in this prize i5 could be more good, Brightness is awesome i'm really happy but need to test more bcz this is just a review after use of one week.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience and suggest that you avoid purchasing laptops from this company. It has been the worst experience I’ve had with any brand. I bought an ASUS laptop on September 25th. After just 5 days of use, the screen went completely dark, and the laptop wouldn’t turn on. I took it to the service center near Paradise. At first, they told me it was a software issue and that it would be resolved in 3 days. However, after 3 days, they informed me that the motherboard was damaged and that it would take another 10 days to replace it. I was shocked—how can a motherboard fail within just 3 days of use? I questioned whether I had received a refurbished laptop instead of a new one. I invested ₹30,000 and trusted Amazon for this purchase, but I am extremely disappointed. As a result, I am a very unsatisfied customer and would not recommend this product or brand to anyone.

Laptop speed is best, Keyboard quality is awesome comes with Backlit Chiclet Keyboard, 15.6 inch size is very decent, Display Quality is good but nits could be improve comes with IPS Anti Glare Display, Performance is awesome loved it, Less Heating Issue. I would not recommend this laptop for Gaming Purpose (GTA 5 gives 40-45FPS in Full HD Gameplay), go for PC or Asus Gaming Laptop. Its best for Multitasking, Video Editing and Graphic Designing.
