Amazon Packing cover was a bit damaged. But inside laptop box was ok. On first while opening I saw display had a little bit ips glow, but it was okay for me because it was a little bit only, but next day other two spot came out of nowhere, then there was a buzzing sound coming from charging side which was not normal. I then contacted Asus they then applied for DOA on the second day & DOA certificate was issued & engineer came from asus side on 8th day & wrapped the laptop & told me to inform Amazon to return/replacement for product. I needed a replacement for the product but there was no replacement available & I had to return the product. There was no choice left and had to return the product. But I got support from Asus & Amazon. They did their work properly. But on the other hand buying fragile products like laptop is risky & to return/replace we need to wait for many days, so it's better to purchase at offline markets only
