I trusted the boat brand thinking they would be like the old days his they used to be and I've decided never to purchase a boat products again. As they got filthy rich, the cost cutting in quality started showing! Point to nitd this was the brand built on quality. I had Neckband and 100 series working past 2 years, I didn't realize how far they've fallen. Within 15 dates of purchase the pods gum came off and everything within the earpod came out. Since I've already surpassed the 10 days return window. I was prompted to visit the Centre. There they say it's physical damage which can't be covered. You use cheap quality gum and when the cap comes off it's manufacturing defect? I hope other reads this and move away from these 'Swadeshi' Make in India brands that only cares how they can ripoff the commoners.

The boAt BassHeads 162 V2 is an affordable wired earphone that delivers a great mic for calls and classes, but completely fails in the bass department. The "Super Extra Bass" branding is misleading, as the bass is no better than ₹100 wholesale open-market earphones and distorts at high volume. While the metallic finish looks premium, the build quality feels like cost-cutting with only the lower half of the cable being braided and the upper half left plain. The mic performs excellently for calls and online classes, but it’s not good for recording guitar. Comfort is also an issue, as the ear tips aren’t suitable for long use. Overall, if you need an earphone purely for calls and basic usage, it’s fine for ₹400, but if you're expecting deep, punchy bass, this is just marketing hype and not worth it. If you want real bass in a budget, consider the boAt Airdopes 141 or JBL C100SI, which offer much better low-end performance.
Not a good product, within 3 days one side of the earphone stopped working.
Don't purchase in Amazon they are not giving proper support for any warranty. Moreover they giving auto answers and finally try another method. Recently i am facing audio Jackpin internal connection problem but they are telling try another method. This type of assistance not good . If I purchased in electronic shop i went to the shop and make it correct. But here not fair

it's a decent product from boat, decent bass treble is good. if you want to buy a earphone that explodes with bass don't go for this one, but if you want clear punch and drums sound. than you should definitely buy this as its bass doesn't blend with treble and ruin the quality... overall nice product if you'll consider the price also The earphones looks so stylish and it's performance is amazing it offers a Great bass and it's supersonic looks is Wonderful

The boAt BassHeads 162 V2 earphones are very good quality and very lightweight too. Sound is very clear and bass is just wow! Metallic design looks very premium and feels strong. Braided cable is nice, no tangling problem. In-line mic and controls work perfectly for calls and music. Comfort is also good, no ear pain even after long use.The buds are magnetic so they stick together and dont get tangled. Calm blue color is very stylish. For the price, this is best value earphones. I am fully satisfied, totally recommend to everyone. BoAt never disappoints

First of all the color is very unique and stylish and I just love the premium finish by Boat in this affordable rate. Superb sound quality with quality braided cable. The ergonomic fit gives perfect placement of earbuds in the ears. 2 pairs of extra earbuds of different sizes given in the box. 1 year warranty by Boat. Also the earbuds are magnetic which eases the handling. 3.5mm jack and a built-in microphone which superb recording quality. 3 control buttons given for volume up and down and pause/play button or can be used to receive/decline calls.
