Very bad quality product. Charging case has battery issue, once you charge bud, its battery shows RED. If you use bud for 1-2 hours, its battery also goes down. Even after replacement, new bud is having the same issue. That is the reason for 90% discount. DNT BUYS THIS PRODUCT. THIRD CLASS PRODUCT.

I don't know whether the product is defective or not. When I called the amazon customer care, they told it will be replaceable only with the service centre, and they can do it only if the boat customer care is denying the replacement!.
