I have received this product a couple of days ago and now I am going to give an honest review of it. This product is a great item if you are looking for a budget smartwatch. For its price, it provides quite accurate measurements of your BPM, stress, SPO2 etc. I have verified it's measurements with an actual oximeter and it proved to be accurate. However, the pedometer of the watch randomly adds around 100 steps. The pedometer is accurate otherwise. The touch display of the 1.69" watch impressed me. The watch has a sharp display, and smooth touch, which makes you feel like you are on a smartphone. The response time is quite well too. However, the animations lag which is not very eye pleasing, but workable. The battery is great. The watch would be powered on for one whole night and would not lose a single percent of battery. Even while using, it loses a reasonable amount of power. For first time users, who just received their product: You might notice the battery is draining extremely quick. Do not panic. It is recommended to charge the battery for at least 2 hours before first use. It stabilizes the battery. The next time you use your watch, it would work as normal. The built-in Alexa is perhaps my favorite feature of this watch. It's response time is around 5 seconds, and is quite fun to use a virtual assistant on the go. It can tell you facts, jokes, weather, calculations, translations and loads of other stuff, which might be useful for quickly looking up something. However, Alexa does not have a speaker. It gives a text output. The text output can sometimes end with "..." (ellipses) which mean the output is too long to print. It can also fail to provide relevant output at times. You need to log in to Alexa with your Amazon account in the boAt Wave App. There are 100+ watch faces in the wave app, which you can use to customize your watch with whatever that suits your personality. You can even use your own pictures. However, you cannot customize the time font if you choose to do that, which, in my opinion, is quite limiting. Notifications in the watch is pretty cool, and comes in handy when you do not wish to open your phone for it. Call alerts come, and you can reject them but not accept. Makes sense as the watch does not have a speaker. It vibrates. It has a good build quality and is water-resistant. Other cool features are sleep tracking, breathing exercise, alarms, timers, flashlights etc. Overall, a pretty decent watch if you are looking for something in this range of price.

The watch turned off 3 times since purchase, 2 time raised the service ticket & sent if for service, it was returned stating that they did not find any issue & then sent it back for warranty replacement after third time if turned off, customer service rejected the claim stating that they did not found any issue and all the parameters of test are passed. The watch keeps turning off and I have to sent it to the customer service every time, they make it to work and again somehow and again in some time it falls off. Pathetic customer service and ridicules customer executives. Please don't purchase it.

But there is also some technical glitches like 5G network weakness sometimes, sometimes blutooth connection problem, BOAT CREST APP draining phone's battery fast. Also have charging glitch it's hard to charge after 97% and takes time to starting charge. You can't set your own song as ringtone, and there is no notification tone it's only vibrate when notify, don't recieving notification from some must have apps like outlook, phonepay, also sometimes missing notification and score update, no weather update, no double tap screen wake up, hope fully wating for update, Although according its price these minor problems are compromisable. Step tracking completely unreliable. While trying to complete my daily 10-12k steps, the watch kept freezing and not counting steps properly. It even wiped out previous days’ data, which is extremely frustrating. For a fitness watch, accurate tracking is the most basic expectation - and this fails at that. Not reliable for daily fitness tracking. Very disappointing experience.

Good smartwatch but connectivity is too bad not even if distance our device and watch is is more than 5-6 metres it get disconnected means it's bluetooth connectivity is not good. Herat rate monitor and spo2 is also not good.

It wasn't accurate at all to begin with. It counted double the steps that I actually walked. And after 6 months of purchase it stopped working.
Really good, value for money watch. While ordering, the metal strap did not look very sturdy. But it is, in fact, very well made. Highly recommend this watch.

UI is also clean and simple 3. responsive touch with okayish smoothness 4. app is also clean and responsive 5. straps are also of good quality build- seems fine 6. 📞- mic is good BAD- 1. BATTERY backup- hardly 1 day 2. charging speed- also average 3. too many irrelevant activities eg how is hand washing an activity while some important activities are nowhere to find 4. hangs sometimes to the point that it stops working *bazels are okayish for the price **stopped WORKING just after replacement window got over. but BOAT replaced it within 3-4 days with single complaint;so nice service by BOAT.

Facewatches are very less and not good as well. But we can create simple digital clock facewatch which can be not very extensive customize but it is fine. Screen Wake gesture accuracy is decent. Steps counts is decent. On my test, when we walk and give movement of hands it is counting as 2 which means forward move as 1 step count, backward movement as 1 count. Call quality is decent. Other person can say you are bit low but using only when needed. Navigation facility in this watch is useful. Mapsmyindia is improved a lot. Uber alers is good to have feature but not tested. Live scores of cricket and football is available which is good. Crest mobile app interface is better than noise, alt smartwatch mobile app. Overall decent for 999rs.

Connectivity between watch and mobile working fine once we paired. Watch out look also good, customized wallpapers can be set like your photo are anything else jpg files. Overal not upto the mark and mt expectation.

At first I was impressed by the product, I purchased this model for its TBT navigation and DIY watch faces. The DIY feature is actually better than expected, we get1000s of skins and free to edit feature is very friendly, allows you full control over your custom design. It is on third day i faced a problem of screen turning black and no doss seem to be working. Amazon is not allowing return and I am stuck contacting manufacturer for replacement or refund. Very disappoint I experience.

You can't set your own song as ringtone, and there is no notification tone it's only vibrate when notify, don't recieving notification from some must have apps like outlook, phonepay, also sometimes missing notification and score update, no weather update, no double tap screen wake up, hope fully wating for update, Although according its price these minor problems are compromisable. The fitness tracking features are accurate, and I love getting call and message notifications on the go. The display is bright and clear, even in sunlight.The side button makes it easy to use, and you can change the watch face to match your style. For its price, it provides quite accurate measurements of your BPM, stress, SPO2 etc. I have verified it's measurements with an actual oximeter and it proved to be accurate. However, the pedometer of the watch randomly adds around 100 steps. The pedometer is accurate otherwise. The touch display of the 1.69" watch impressed me. The watch has a sharp display, and smooth touch, which makes you feel like you are on a smartphone. The response time is quite well too. However, the animations lag which is not very eye pleasing, but workable. The battery is great. The watch would be powered on for one whole night and would not lose a single percent of battery. Even while using, it loses a reasonable amount of power. For first time users, who just received their product: You might notice the battery is draining extremely quick. Do not panic. It is recommended to charge the battery for at least 2 hours before first use. It stabilizes the battery. The next time you use your watch, it would work as normal. The built-in Alexa is perhaps my favorite feature of this watch. It's response time is around 5 seconds, and is quite fun to use a virtual assistant on the go. It can tell you facts, jokes, weather, calculations, translations and loads of other stuff, which might be useful for quickly looking up something. However, Alexa does not have a speaker. It gives a text output. The text output can sometimes end with "..." (ellipses) which mean the output is too long to print. It can also fail to provide relevant output at times. You need to log in to Alexa with your Amazon account in the boAt Wave App. There are 100+ watch faces in the wave app, which you can use to customize your watch with whatever that suits your personality. You can even use your own pictures. However, you cannot customize the time font if you choose to do that, which, in my opinion, is quite limiting. Watch itself is good but it feels bulky although weight is not much. Bluetooth connectivity is very good and it offers are long range and the Bluetooth calling feature is also good. The sound quality is not the best but it is okay.

Please avoid this product. I received a defective item and there was no return or exchange option available. When I raised a warranty claim through the official boAt website, the service center took the product, checked it, and sent back the same faulty watch. Even worse, the watch was returned without essential accessories, so now I cannot even charge it. Instead of fixing the issue, the company keeps highlighting a 48-hour policy, ignoring their own mistake. Overall, poor product quality and extremely bad after-sales service. Not worth the money.

Looks: It's stylish, fits if you have thinner wrist, awesome colors Quality: Awesome build quality, can take little bit of water splashes, gives you a decent 3-5 days of batter back up Connectivity: Connects easily, many options to customize notifications, calls, in-call audio in/out is decent. Functionality: There are options for lots of activities, alarms, and other fun stuffs, pretty good actually. You can design your own watch face with ease, which is pretty cool. Cons: Monitor: Not that perfect of a health monitor. I'll say it's better to have something than nothing at all. But BPM & distance trackers are pretty good. Sleep cycle, steps and calories, not too much. Navigation: It lags, It's tough navigating with the help of it while riding a bike or motorcycle. I lost my way once. It might be my skill issue but that's what I experienced. Conclusion: If you don't have a Rs.5000+ budget for a real smartwatch/ fitness sports monitor, this thing gets the job done. There is a game option available to. You can also get notifications. Phone and watch is directly connected. I mean you have to connect with the app, but it is amazing. It looks very stylish. The battery life is amazing. Good product at this cost, very good product.Boat has done a very good job at this very reasonable pricing. And now for my friend, also, I’m going to buy the same product. It is very affordable very stylish, and it makes a very good gift. Very usable, my brother takes it with him in the gym. He keeps the track of his calories and everything it is very handy when you go for a run. Perfect to monitor your heart rate as well. Just amazing.
Here is my review in simple:Pros:Worth for money : Yes. Decent watch for the money spent. I got it for 1.1kCharge: Charges quickly Approximately 25% charge per day, basically 4 days if it is fully charged.Cons:Sensors: Sensors are not good and no where near to accuracy. I understand it cannot be accurate but it is way worse. In one instance, my Iphone fitness app shows steps as around 650, while the watch shows 1470 steps. And in another instance, phone fitness app shows 3480 steps and watch shows 4800 steps.Watch tilt or wakeup gesture to see time/notifications: While driving even when I tilt multiple times, watch does not turn on display and show the time. If I click the button explicitly, it will open options rather than showing home screen. Basically, you cannot rely on this watch tilt function.Calls Issue:Issue1: If there is some incomming call and you want to make it silent, we need to make it on both phone as well as watch. Even when you make the phone silent, watch keeps ringing until we press the button.Issue2: Speak from watch option will not work at all.
