I purchased this product 14 months ago. The packaging was great. Don't' judge the product by my images as i have used this for more than a year and the box was also kind of damaged by me. Compatibility:- It works on Windows 10,11 and also Linux (which is surprising). ease of use:- It is very easy to use just plug and play, No drivers needed. not even on Linux(mostly). Connectivity/range:- Its recommended, use it up to 6m as more than 6m will result in stuttering of mouse pointer and missed key presses. Battery:- The keyboard comes with a AAA (pencil) cell and mouse comes with a AA cell. I changed the mouse's cell after 7 months and keyboard's cell after 11 months. Comfort:- Its comfortable to use as the key travel is less and easy to press.
So would give 5 star to the mouse. ergonomic and overall a really nice product. but the keyboard is too bad. mushy keys and bad response altogether. the worst is the spacebar. you have to precisely hit the center. else it doesn't work. like it is too bad .to the point that you cant use your thumb to press it. you have to use your finger. the key wobbles!!!! yuck!!!! cant even send this product back. if i could i would send it back immediately!!!!!!!

better than hp one ive been using, keys are soft while hp ones were hard which sometimes didnt presss while typing..feels nice after one year of key struggle..mouse quality is good and works smoothly from as far as 9 ft..overall good value for money...lets see how long it works this way..they even gave batteries for both keyboard and mouse

Space bar stopped working after week, some time mouse pointer acts crazy if scroll up it goes to down. Tipical old mouse issues in this brand new Dell product. I don't know what dell and amazon thinking about customers, now a days not getting good products after spending money for brands Waste of money

Good keyboard, comes with Duracell batteries, key travel is good, and so smooth for typing. If you type for a long time, this is the best you can get. Also, the mouse is good, the click feels a little silent, but comfortable, look-wise it is also good

The keyboard is not functioning smoothly either—many keys require pressing two or three times, and even then they respond harshly. Additionally, the packaging was not good—the box was already tampered with. Overall, the quality is disappointing and not as expected.

Mouse connectivity is not great, it lags sometime. Also, scroll has stopped working Keyboard is working fine.
