Worst product and service, don't buy. My watch has a issue from beginning and the return window closed before I open the box. I have raised multiple complaints to the company but there are not taking any action.

I purchased this watch on 29 March 2023, and it’s been almost 3 years now. Honestly, I’m really impressed — there have been no issues with charging or performance at all. I’ve used it in a rough and tough way — during sports, tracking, and daily use — and it still works perfectly fine. One important suggestion: make sure to use a screen guard. It’s easily available in the market for around ₹50 (pair), and since you’re investing in a costly item, it’s totally worth protecting it. In these 3 years, I’ve only changed the belt once. The original strap got torn while playing, so I replaced it with a duplicate one costing around ₹250–₹280.
I purchased this smartwatch for my father, and he is very happy with it. The round dial looks very stylish and gives a premium feel. The display is clear, and the watch is easy to use, even for someone who is not very tech-savvy. The battery backup is good, and features like calling, step tracking, and health monitoring are very useful for daily use.
