Worst product buttons were not working. I ordered replacement on the same day but even after 40 days, no one has come to pick the item. Worst service by Amazon. Flipkart, meesho, myntra are way better than Amazon. Will never buy anything from Amazon again.

So far working fine. Initially it didn’t connect but I changed the batteries and it’s working fine now. They reply you via WhatsApp but very very late.
I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Cheap, pathetic remote. The keys are so hard, does not get pressed properly at all. So difficult to use. Do not waste your money on this

Average quality, not functioning smoothly
Firstly it took three days for the remote to get paired. Then, The remote is unresponsive at times. Main issue is with volume button. Also the joystick is not working.

The remote is decent, but it doesn't function quite like the original. Pairing wasn't much of an issue—it connected immediately. However, there are instances where pressing the power button turns on only the TV, while the Fire TV remains off. It only turns on the TV *along with* the Fire TV on the second attempt. In terms of responsiveness, it reacts much more slowly compared to the original.
Perfect replacement. Worked immediately with no programing. Inexpensive which is great because my dog keeps eating them. Must taste good to dogs.

There are so many of these on Amazon, but this one is only slightly different to the original. That being said it works flawlessly and I would recommend it. We actually bought two remotes, one that was $7 bucks and one that was $11. The less expensive one didn’t come with batteries and the buttons are slightly “clickier” with the plastic more of a gloss/smooth. The more expensive $11 option was the same matte black as the original, buttons are the same tactile feeling, etc. We have a 50” Roku TV and a 55” Roku TV and this remote works with both.

Worst remote. I replaced with another as well. The buttons are cheaper in quality and very hard to press. The light was in green color instead of blue and its always blinking. The power and volume keys didn't functional, They didn't responding for their dedicated settings.

Works great for my Roku TV and didn't need programmed or anything. I just put in batteries and it worked! I actually received a faulty product initially and the volume buttons acted goofy and barely worked, but Amazon sent me a new one and gave me 30 days to return the defective one so I still gave 5 stars. Defective/damaged products sometimes happen but I am very pleased with the replacement I received and think it was a great deal too!

Very poor quality. The buttons are hard and need to press multiple times to function. Keeps disconnecting frequently. I would not recommend anyone to but it.
