The picture quality is very nice. I bought this when the price was around Rs. 11750, so it's a good value-for-money purchase. The navigation is very swift, with no lag. It also supports voice assistants, which come quite handy. The audio quality is also good, even at higher volumes.

I recently purchased this Smart LED TV, and overall, I am very satisfied with its performance. The picture quality is excellent, with bright colors, sharp details, and good contrast. Bought this 43" smart tv for 18,000 INR in amazon sale. The description fails to mention that Samsung does not provide table top stand inside box for some of their products. This one didn't have a stand so had to contact support for stand and 4 screws that I could have installed myself. Wall mount was not a requirement for me. Samsung support person was absolutely useless the first time who wasted 2 days just to register my install/demo request for stand. Service person that eventually showed up was exceptional even though stand order needed another 2 days to fulfill. Roughly a week went by while my new tv sat in the box while I had no idea if it even worked or not in case I had to order replacement. So stressful week all in all. Once the product was installed however extended Warrenty of 3000 INR for 2 years was offered trying to scare customer by saying just after one year I should expect faults showing up with screen replacement costing 15000 or more. Considering I had paid 18k for this I waived off the scam saying I could just buy a new one once fault showed after Warrenty. So while product itself good for now the Samsung support (online or install) both seem shady to me. Great deal in its price range especially if bought in sale. Remote has a weird volume and channel change button which proves to be irritating in the beginning. AirPlay function means I can connect all my apple devices directly without needing additional cables. Picture quality amazing with great contrast. Samsung also has basic news and entertainment channels free of cost included (not for me but some might enjoy). Sound quality good enough for a small room without needing additional sound bar or speakers. (My room is 12x12sqft). Hope someone finds this useful and Samsung gets it's support to improve.

NOTE: TV TABLE STAND IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE BOX. No Bluetooth support. Only wifi 2.4ghz is supported, no 5ghz wifi support. PICTURE & AUDIO quality is SUPERB. Supports dolby and hdr. Buy this Only if u want reliability (samsung displays are very reliable and last long unlike cheap counterparts) , good picture and audio quality. Bought the bezel less 2022 variant for 14,990 rupees. Samsung is a reliable brand. Picture & quality is good. Although it's not a full hd 1080p display, at 32 inches its not apparent. User interface is okay. Netflix app works smooth but prime video app is laggy. Tizen os is fine. So no google play store. Doesn't support chromecast, only supports Mira cast which is a different casting protocol. Feature wise tizen os is bare minimum. But you can easily buy an android tv box to get google play functionality if u want to run android apps. NOTE: TV TABLE STAND IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE BOX. No Bluetooth support. Only wifi 2.4ghz is supported, no 5ghz wifi support. PICTURE & AUDIO quality is SUPERB. Supports dolby and hdr. Buy this Only if u want reliability (samsung displays are very reliable and last long unlike cheap counterparts) , good picture and audio quality. Bought the bezel less 2022 variant for 14,990 rupees. Samsung is a reliable brand. Picture & quality is good. Although it's not a full hd 1080p display, at 32 inches its not apparent. User interface is okay. Netflix app works smooth but prime video app is laggy. Tizen os is fine. So no google play store. Doesn't support chromecast, only supports Mira cast which is a different casting protocol. Feature wise tizen os is bare minimum. But you can easily buy an android tv box to get google play functionality if u want to run android apps. Product is good in picture and sound quality value for money. But the installation service is very poor. company waste 4-5 days for minor installation in city area so customer get less time period in 10 days replacement. Tv stand provided With installation either table mount or wall mount at free of cost.
Bought this 43" smart tv for 18,000 INR in amazon sale. The description fails to mention that Samsung does not provide table top stand inside box for some of their products. This one didn't have a stand so had to contact support for stand and 4 screws that I could have installed myself. Wall mount was not a requirement for me. Samsung support person was absolutely useless the first time who wasted 2 days just to register my install/demo request for stand. Service person that eventually showed up was exceptional even though stand order needed another 2 days to fulfill. Roughly a week went by while my new tv sat in the box while I had no idea if it even worked or not in case I had to order replacement. So stressful week all in all. Once the product was installed however extended Warrenty of 3000 INR for 2 years was offered trying to scare customer by saying just after one year I should expect faults showing up with screen replacement costing 15000 or more. Considering I had paid 18k for this I waived off the scam saying I could just buy a new one once fault showed after Warrenty. So while product itself good for now the Samsung support (online or install) both seem shady to me. Great deal in its price range especially if bought in sale. Remote has a weird volume and channel change button which proves to be irritating in the beginning. AirPlay function means I can connect all my apple devices directly without needing additional cables. Picture quality amazing with great contrast. Samsung also has basic news and entertainment channels free of cost included (not for me but some might enjoy). Sound quality good enough for a small room without needing additional sound bar or speakers. (My room is 12x12sqft). Hope someone finds this useful and Samsung gets it's support to improve.
This is to formally notify you regarding a serious issue with my recent purchase from Amazon. I ordered a Samsung TV through your platform, which was delivered on 23rd December 2025. Immediately after installation, the TV started flickering across the entire screen with visible lines. Due to this defect, I raised a request for return and refund, as I completely lost trust in both the Samsung brand and the service experience provided by Amazon. Your technical support team contacted me and kept the case open for nearly 1.5 weeks, during which only the flickering issue was temporarily addressed. Subsequently, the TV completely stopped functioning and would not switch on even after connecting the power supply. I reported this again to the same technical team. I was assured that the issue would be escalated and resolved within the resolution window. Unfortunately, no action was taken after this escalation. Further, your team promised to call me on 3rd Jan 2026, but I did not receive any call despite waiting the entire day. I had to proactively contact customer care again. At that point, I was informed—very unprofessionally—that the return window had closed and that I must directly coordinate with Samsung. I had clearly communicated to your technical representative that the issue must be resolved within the closure window. He falsely assured me that there would be no impact and that the return/refund would still be possible. This assurance turned out to be misleading. Is this how Amazon treats its valued customers? This entire experience has caused me severe mental stress for over a week, which is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of ownership, false promises and poor customer support. I am therefore requesting an immediate return and full refund of the complete amount for this defective product. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no option but to raise a formal complaint with the Consumer Court. I have also contacted the Samsung support team. They have requested a Job ID to track the service history; however, no Job ID has been shared with me so far. Please find the attached invoice details for your reference and investigate this matter urgently. I expect this issue to be rectified at the earliest.
