Found little flea like parasites crawling around in the box after I had tried them out for an hour !

TL;DR: PLEASE do not buy these, for your own sanity. I would not pick these even if they were free. The only good thing about these earbuds is they are very comfortable, every other aspect of them makes me miss $40 budget earbuds. The sound is... fine. It's neither bad nor particularly good. The battery life is also just okay. Lasts about 6h of use, but I only get 2-3 charges out of a full charge of the case. The case also has no indication that it needs charging unless its completely discharged, so most of the time I only realise because the earbuds are still dead despite being in the case. The earbuds are small and have a glossy, slippery finish, which makes them difficult to remove from the case and easy to drop. The media buttons on the earbuds are conductive rather than mechanical, so they provide no physical feedback when pressed, and are constantly accidentally actuated by brushing against anything conductive - including damp hair or clothing. Regardless of settings, the earbuds have an extremely annoying habit of cutting out and disabling noise cancellation for a couple seconds at a time whenever the environment is loud or, occasionally, something like hair brushes against them. This happens consistently and often while walking alongside traffic and is behaviour I've never experienced before in any other (cheaper, even) device. The noise cancellation is okay when it actually works, though it still let's through much more noise than I would expect for the price tag. The rubber on the earbuds gets far dirtier than any others I've owned, and is very prone to damage from even relatively gentle cleaning. Overall, owning these has been an absolute displeasure, and remembering how much I paid for this absolute garbage consistently aggrevates me even a year later. $400 for a product that performs at a $20 level feels like it should be illegal.
