Full Reveiw for this particular model: Pros: Cheaper Easy to connect and install Mobile app available Build quality is ok Picture is good Motion detect photo alert is sent to mobile app and notification sound is played (not long alarm, just message sound). Camera view can be controlled using app. Can be installed upside down on ceilings. It is indoor cctv & Not fully outdoor cctv but does the job. Has 2 way speaking option (audio is of medium volume and quality is ok to good). Important CONS: Poor overall sound while monitoring through app. Constant shrieking sound is made when audio is turned on and if there is any audio (so it should always be off when you open mobile app to hear any sound). Audio echo occurs. SD card is a MUST to record video (live stream is shown in app but for video record you need SD card on cctv. Record on mobile is available, i.e you need to open cctv in app, and then press record button just like how you do in your mobile camera, but that will close if you close the app.) Motion detect alert will show only an image in your phone, then you need to quickly see it in phone app. Else you cant view the video of what happened. No option to view what's recorded in cctv sd card (also if you set loop recording, contents will be erased after sometime, so set to event based recording which will record only when there is any motion). Imagine if cctv is stolen along with SD card, there is no way you can see what happened, you will be just left with one picture in app (so this is fully indoor, and you should not expect any movement, if any movement occurs, you need to quickly take action/call police, that's the only option you are left with). Needs constant power supply, no battery backup and power cable is not very long, can jus place within 1-1.5 ft. CP PLUS must definitely provide access to view what is on SD card remotely, atleast store it in CLOUD for atleast 1-2 days, because, there is no way, people can constantly look out for motion alerts and keep watching it on mobile and say if cctv is stolen, nothing can be viewed. IT IS MUST THAT VIDEO ON SD CARD SHOULD BE SAVED ON CLOUD/ MOBILE AUTOMATICALLY. THATS THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE this CP PLUS CCTV. You can buy if you just need to keep an eye for any motion. For permanent long time businesses or long time house tracking, this doesn't suit all the cases.
Overall, the product is good. However, there are occasional network signal issues, and the volume level is very low even at maximum (100%). I kindly request Amazon and the seller to improve and upgrade the product. Customers trust your brand, and maintaining that trust through better quality is important.

I’ve been using the CP Plus ezyKam EQ25 wireless camera, and honestly, the experience with SD card recordings has been very frustrating. The biggest issue is the video format saved on the memory card. The files are stored in a format that is not supported by common media players. I tried opening them on both macOS (Mac M1) and Windows, using players like VLC and other software, but nothing works. This makes the SD card recordings practically unusable outside the camera’s own system. Another major problem is storage handling. Once the SD card becomes full, the camera simply stops recording instead of overwriting old footage. This defeats the whole purpose of having continuous surveillance, as you have to manually clear the storage every time it fills up. It becomes an unnecessary hassle and reduces reliability. Overall, while the camera may work for basic monitoring through its app, the SD card functionality is poorly implemented. Mic quality is very bad doesn't capture audio, motion detection is also bad it just stop as soon as motion stops due to which it miss audio aswell. Continuous recording doesn't help at all as you have to go through complete recording. Forward is bad it is just 2X other camera has 16X which helps to find the problem much faster.
Please don't buy...functionality wise it's the worst...I have used other smart cameras before of hikvision nad they r better at functionality. First day itself it has issues connecting over wifi. Plus motion detection doesn't work as and when wanted...even when turned off..it gives unexpected result when you turn on and off functionalities and one cannot be sure if it has actually turned off or not.also the plaback is worst....u have to manually play the recording .
