Excellent watch in this price, must buy product. Easy to use, stylish n rich in look. Functions are good also good bluetooth connectivity and battery life.
Product is good, display is good, sound is good, the is a bit thick and wearing it for long term more than 5 hrs will be difficult and sometime causes ithcing and redness with band provided, sleep cycle calculation is not accurate, and if you keep continuous heart rate monitors on even if you dont wear watch it will show heartbeat being monitored in app, but for this price nothing more can be commented, overall decent watch.
My watch when kept on charging heats up frequently and the battery life is also not up to the mark as I expected step count is good but need some software upgrades as it has some minor bugs but overall except charging speed and battery it's a good product the charging is also held so loose after connecting it to my laptop

Hi Team, This Watch which I bought on last 10 days back. The product is good but the strap size is not OK for my hand and both side starp is not perfectly fixed it's on zig zag. Major Concern in market don't have Strap for this product. Also for this product I have tried to purchase Temper glass and Casing on Online but the accessories not available for this watch. So that it's delayed for Return this product now when am trying to return it option is not found. Plz help to return this product. Or else help to solve. Request your help.
The watch is decent when you consider the price. Accuracy: Not very good. I walked 6 km wearing my Apple Watch, which showed the exact distance, but this watch recorded close to 5 km—almost a 1 km difference. The same issue occurred while cycling: the actual calories burned were around 400, but the watch showed only 350, a gap of about 50 calories. Touchscreen: The touch response is really good. Water resistance: Yet to be tested. Notifications: I’m an iPhone user, so I can’t comment much on this. It will probably work better with Android. Fit: The dial size is quite large. If you have a small wrist, it will look oversized on your hand. Watch faces: By default, there are around 10 watch faces. However, you can add only one extra face from the watch face gallery at a time. To try another face, you have to replace that same one. This is a major drawback—there’s no real point in offering so many watch faces if you can’t store and switch between them freely. Strap: The strap quality is not very good. So, don’t rely too much on YouTube reviews. That said, considering the price, the watch is still a good option. Also, it looks very similar to the Galaxy Ultra, which is a plus for many people.

Here why I am not giving a 5 star rating is because the dial shown on the box as well as while marketing the product on Amazon is not available for customers to set up on screen. This is so irritating that you bought a product based on its looks but you cannot experience the same. I think why sales are low and heavy discounting on this product is going on may be one of the reasons. A good product but with above loopholes. Hope Team FireBolt is listening and will improve for better customer satisfaction and experience.

I am giving 5 star so this review will visible to all otherwise amazon hide the review and make 1st visible high rated review so, my experience is as follows, I purchased this watch in 21st Jan and after using for more than a week it's discharged and when plugged in to charge the screennot switching on, and I have exceeded my replacement date from Amazon for this. So a email to Fireboltt they replied me to complaint online for this via sending a link on email. When I filled all details and want to submit a complaint it says try after some time and this happened for 3 to 4 days. So, I called customer care mentioned on box that has been changed so, called on that number then that number get disconnected with 1 ring and this I tried for 2 days. So there is no customer support as all watch are made in chaina and sell in mumbai with heppty price all this watch will be available for ₹100 in Chaina. Now trying to get refund or replacement from Amazon as they are connecting to Fireboltt. So, don't buy fireboltt watch as it's Chaina product....like chale tho chand tak nahi tho raat tak....
